Shipping Policy
Please read and review carefully before purchasing.
1. General Information
All the orders are subject to stock availability. If unavailable items, we will notify you of the shipping time and other details via email support@reliefrxcare.com. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
2. Shipping Carriers
ReliefRX ships using USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address.
3. Addresses to Which We Ship / Shipping Time
All orders must have a valid street address. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at support@reliefrxcare.com and we will do our best to help.
Please note that P.O. box and incorrect mailing addresses are unacceptable when ordering.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after payment.
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During public holidays, the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we will take measures to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.
Once your order is processed, it is estimated to arrive within 7-15 business days. The tracking number of your order will be provided to you by email after the shipment is shipped out and documented.
*Unite States's shipment may experience delays due to harsh weather conditions. Customers should expect potential delays and communicate with their shipping providers for updates on delivery status.
In addition, we’ll ship the accessories from the nearest warehouse to ensure prompt delivery if stock is unavailable at the original location. Customers can expect to receive their items within 10-15 working days. However, please note that product availability may vary, potentially causing delays in shipping.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our relevant staff will get in touch with you immediately. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Feel free to reach out to us at support@reliefrxcare.com for additional help.
Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been delivered.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged or mishandled while in transport. Please open the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged, please ask the express or post office to provide an official document and make the compliant on the spot. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at support@reliefrxcare.com with next steps.
7. Tracking Orders
An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
