Terms and Conditions
Use of reliefRX’s sites, mobile versions or apps requires arbitration for certain disputes and includes a class action waiver. See reliefRX’s Terms of Use for details.
By using your reliefRX product, you agree to these warranty terms. If you disagree, do not use the product and return it per reliefRX’s Return Policy.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
reliefRX warrants original U.S./Canada purchasers that new reliefRX products (in original packaging) are free from material/workmanship defects under normal home use for 2 years from original retail purchase.
RIDER A
EU purchasers: Statutory right to replacement/repair for 2 years from receipt if faulty or non-conforming.
Spain purchasers: Statutory right to replacement/repair for 2 years from receipt if faulty or non-conforming.
RIDER B
This warranty does not affect UK statutory rights; valid for 2 years where permitted by law.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
Commercial use voids the warranty. reliefRX is not liable for uninterrupted/error-free operation or damage from failure to follow instructions. Warranty terminates on product sale/transfer.
Warranty does not apply to:
- software/related services;
- batteries/coatings that diminish over time (unless defective);
- cosmetic damage (unless defective);
- damage from accident, abuse, fire, liquid, etc.;
- use outside reliefRX’s guidelines;
- unauthorized service;
- unapproved modifications;
- normal wear/aging;
i stolen/counterfeit products.
No reliefRX reseller/agent may modify this warranty. Illegal/unenforceable terms do not affect others.
WARRANTY CLAIM REMEDIES
During the warranty period, reliefRX may:
(i)repair with new/refurbished parts;
(ii) replace with same/similar model;
(iii) reimburse purchase price (less use-related deductions).
Some repairs (e.g., cracked screens) may require factory service; refurbished goods/parts may be used. User data may be lost during service. Replacement products are warranted for the original warranty remainder or 30 days (whichever is longer).
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Contact Customer Service with product model and purchase date. You may need to provide proof of purchase and follow service procedures. Backup your data (reliefRX is not liable for data loss).

WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS
Eligible mail-in service includes prepaid packaging; otherwise, shipping charges may apply (where not prohibited by law). reliefRX may change service methods.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
This is the exclusive warranty; implied warranties are disclaimed (where permitted by law). If disclaimers are not allowed, implied warranties are limited to the warranty period.
reliefRX is not liable for incidental/indirect/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits/data) unless required by law.
